At Crown Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Secure Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet box and protective outer packaging to ensure the items are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; always remember to keep your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewellers verify the condition of the piece, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
